During the registration a new user needs to provide information about him/her. The information will be considered non-confidential. warofcricket.com shall be free to use, disclose or distribute the information to third parties.
In case of a Tie, the matter will be resolved on the basis of the first player to submit his/her team for each day’s game. The decision taken by warofcricket.com shall remain final. It is to be noted that no correspondence or discussion in this regard shall be entertained.
Cash prizes would be disbursed by crossed cheques in favor of the winners. In cases of gifts warofcricket.com shall be entitled to provide gifts in variation to the gifts shown or promised. All gifts will remain non-transferable. No cash claims will be entertained in the lieu of gifts.
