The Stadium though built for Australian rules football and being home ground for good teams also hosts cricket, rugby, sporting and entertainment action. Another alternative name is Docklands stadium.

The Telstra Dome has done wonders for Melbourne and Australian cricket as it is a fully covered system and cricket can be played indoors when there are rains. The highlights of the Telstra Dome are:

  • Dimensions of 170 meters by 140 meters
